All subscriptions can be upgraded in the middle of the period, and your current days left of the earlier subscription will be added to the new subscription i.e. if you have 3 months left of a bronze subscription and you upgrade to silver, you will get 15 months worth of silver subscription.

However, you can maximum get 11 months extra.
